USA: Innovative partnership with Marriott hotels
CSA Travel Protection, Europ Assistance’s American subsidiary, is opening up new and ambitious prospects for its products and services by partnering with Marriott through its loyalty programme. Marriott is the leading international hospitality management company with over 800 hotels in 70 countries.
The idea behind this partnership is to offer Marriott Rewards members the possibility of using their loyalty points to take out “Protect Me Plan” travel insurance with CSA Travel Protection. For 30,000 Marriott Rewards points or $149, policy holders and up to 10 travel companions can be covered for one year for a range of travel events (late or cancelled flights, rental car accidents, lost luggage or personal belongings, and so on). The Protect Me Plan can be used for domestic or international travel, business or personal trips and covers hotel stays - even those outside of the Marriott® portfolio of brands.
This partnership is replete with wonderful opportunities for CSA Travel Protection to develop its business activities and to share Europ Assistance’s vision of Care Services to the 34 million Marriott Rewards members.
