The goals
of the new organisation

by Antoine Parisi
Group Chief Executive Officer

« To meet the challenges of the assistance sector, Europ Assistance has set up five new business lines: Automotive, Home & Family, Travel, Health & Corporate, Concierge Services & CRM. This new structure's main objective is to boost the Group’s competitiveness by pooling resources and developing new product offerings, particularly in terms of concierge services. Furthermore, the creation of these business lines will allow Europ Assistance to support the internationalisation of its customers and to respond to international calls for tender more effectively. This creation therefore adds a second dimension to the organisation of EA and complements the existing organisation by geographical zone. The regional division of Europ Assistance was also reviewed during this reorganisation process in order to better meet the challenges which differ from one market to the next. Europ Assistance is now organised into 7 regions: Italy, France, Western Europe, CEE (Central and Eastern Europe), North America, Asia and Portugal-Latin America-South Africa. »
