From our agent in Tanzania

It has been a honour to be a representative for the Europ Assistance Group in Tanzania for the last 20 years.

We were sometimes confronted with very difficult situations, cases for which today we assign two people in each agent office in order to treat them immediately. We had broken or sprained legs, cases of malaria, meningitis, it sometimes was necessary for us to transport deceased people on Europ Assistance aircrafts as we did not have the adequate medical facilities in Tanzania.

As Tanzania is on the eastern side of Africa, and not always having the medical facilities corresponding to the patient needs, it was sometimes necessary for us to transport our patients to South Africa or Nairobi in Kenya.

We always try our very best in dealing with people's lives and in this field, the Europ Assistance Group is certainly one of the most effective companies.
