Innovating to help fight poverty
The Agence Nouvelle des Solidarités Actives (ANSA)

Commitment and innovation

Founded in January 2006, the ANSA (The Agence Nouvelle des Solidarités Actives) seeks to launch local, experimental and innovative activities aimed at fighting social exclusion. It operates in partnership with public authorities and companies.

Its work is centred on projects designed to reduce poverty by helping people back to work, by reducing the number of impoverished workers, by improving support for people in difficulty, and by removing obstacles in areas such as health problems, childcare and mobility, etc.. The ANSA is also keen to be part of a dynamic international process, by extending the experimental programmes developed in France to other countries throughout Europe. The Europ Assistance Group has decided to support this innovative association, whose ambitions are very much in keeping with its core business. Promoting the creation of jobs for people in a precarious position and using the group's know-how to put the "helpers" in contact with those in difficulty are all excellent opportunities for the group to fully express its values on a daily basis, while at the same time underlining its role as a responsible and community-minded company and putting its innovative spirit, its staff and its expertise to best effect.
