The commitments of Europ Assistance Group

The Europ Assistance group is a signatory to the United Nations Global Pact, confirming the company's commitment to ensuring that its activities embody the 10 key principles in the field of human rights, labour standards, the environment and the fight against corruption.

Its commitments and its efforts to achieve socially responsible growth have been formally laid down in keeping with the European Social Charter and the Generali group's Code of Ethics.

The Europ Assistance group's correspondents and service providers agree to abide by the five ethical principles identified by the group via their code of conduct, their ethics and their social practices:

Signing this Chart, our Partners and Agent agree:

1. To promote the improvement of the relations between all the stakeholders (employees, providers, local agents) based on ethic principles :
   - mutual respect, loyalty, integrity and transparency
   - viable, healthy and prosperous economic relations
2. To promote a high quality level of service through the development of a social and economic innovative spirit
3. To promote the equal management of people regardless of the sex, nationality, ethnic or religious membership
4. To promote and develop the know-how and the skills of the employees, encourage the autonomy and the entrepreneurial culture within the organization
5. To promote responsible relations with the local authorities.
