SEVERABILITY AND AMENDMENTS
Should any of the provisions in these General Terms and Conditions be deemed unenforceable,
the remaining provisions shall be unaltered and the unenforceable provision shall
be replaced by an enforceable provision best matching the underlying purpose of the
unenforceable provision. This agreement shall be subject to any other agreement you
have entered into or may enter into with Europ Assistance or any of its related entities.Europ Assistance may amend these General Terms and Conditions at any time, with immediate
effect and without prior warning.
