Each year, 58,000 new cases of breast cancer are diagnosed in France, resulting in 12,000 deaths. In this #PinkOctober month, Virginie, Anne, Nadia and Catherine, four employees of Europ Assistance, shared their stories with their colleagues about their fight against #cancer, about their remission, and about their relationship to work, during and after illness.

Christina Anagnostopoulou, Group Chief Human Resources and Internal Communication joined Europ Assistance in 2017 as HR and Organization Director for Europ Assistance Italy. Previously, she was Head of Group Talent Management in Generali Group’s Head Office in Milan

Verónica Herrando, Managing Director of Auto and DailyLife, earned a degree in journalism and has worked in insurance for over fourteen years. She joined Europ Assistance as a key account manager and was promoted to Head of Sales and Marketing in Spain before eventually moving up into general management.“My career in Europ Assistance has been characterized by internal promotions thanks to my continuous effort and dedication.
