The ranking, based on the views of about 100,000 women working in multinational corporations across 37 countries, recognizes the Group’s commitment to promoting an inclusive work environment, equity, gender balance and pay equity.
Generali’s DEI strategy is a journey that Europ Assistance Group is embracing day by day, and this recognition is not only a significant step forward, but also an incentive to improve further.
We are proud to contribute to this ranking and actively work to build gender inclusion and equality at all levels of our Group, with a clear ambition to increase the presence of women in strategic positions and secure the presence of women in managerial roles.
To achieve these goals, several proactive actions have been put in place, including awareness and education, a new acceleration and empowerment program, “We Empower”, targeting women managers to foster their development and career progression through three key elements: sponsorship, executive training and networking.
Thanks in part to such programs, Europ Assistance can boast that 49.7% of its management teams are held by women!
We are also committed towards reaching zero equal pay gap (below 1%). Among our medium and large countries, the global target has been reached, with no countries above 2% and 7 countries below the +/-1% margin!
